Ingredients
- Usuna Rice: 500GM
- Biri: 100GM
- Soda: 1/2 Spoon
- Salt: As per the taste
- Refined Oil: 500ML
Procedures
- Soak the Rice and biri for 4 to 6 hour.
- Grind these to make a little harder batter. Harder batter can be easily shaped with hand and slight water.
- Mix the salt and soda properly.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan. Gently shape the batter to round shape and deep fry to get color as in picture.
- Chaul bara ready to serve. Serve with chickpeas curry or Tomato-Coriander chutney.
